This course covers the functions, techniques, and tools utilized in warehousing and distribution centers and their role in business and logistics. Emphasis is placed on warehouse and distribution center management, operations, productivity, software systems, picking, automation, cross docking, safety, security, material handling, benchmarking, and cost.
