This course covers how to baseline and troubleshoot and internetworking environment using routers and switches for multi-protocol client, host and servers. Topics include troubleshooting processes, routing and routed protocols, campus switching; and WAN troubleshooting. Upon completion, students should be able to troubleshoot Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Token Ring LANs; and Serial, Frame Relay, and ISDN connections. 2017FA – Course Not Available.
