This course covers the advanced theory and construction methods associated with the building industry including framing and exterior finishes. Topics include safety, hand/power tool use, measurement and layout, construction framing, exterior trim and finish, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to safely frame and apply exterior finishes to a residential building with supervision.
