This course introduces principles of quality assessment and improvement, and utilization, risk, and case management, in healthcare. Topics include Continuous Quality Improvement, and case management processes, data analysis/reporting techniques, credentialing, regulatory quality monitoring requirements, and outcome measures and monitoring.
