This course introduces the etiology, pathophysiology, clinical signs and symptoms, diagnoses, prognoses, complications, and management of cardiopulmonary diseases. Emphasis is placed on developing, evaluating, and modifying respiratory care plans based on evidence-based medicine protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
