This course introduces foundational concepts in digital animation and effects, covering essential techniques and tools used to create, manipulate, and animate digital images while exploring industry practices, notable works, and vocabulary to articulate techniques and processes within digital media. Topics include foundational concepts, tools, and techniques in digital animation and media production, emphasizing image manipulation, industry practices, vocabulary development, and an understanding of evolving trends in digital media. Upon completion, students should be able to recognize fundamental concepts and demonstrate an understanding of the evolving landscape of digital animation and effects. |
